 EMULSION FUNCTION: In combination with a Hand Blender or Immersion Blender (NOT INCLUDED) Vegan Milker grinds and filters at the same time driving a unique patented emulsion that makes creamier plant milks and tasty combinations of coffee (from whole grains, nuts, soy, flakes, etc.). 1 MINUTE to emulsify 1 liter, 1 minute to squeeze the pulp with the mortar and 1 minute to clean the whole tool.
